This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased Sail Sedan Petrol Base model from ARAVALI AUTO, Gurgaon dated 5th of April’15. After duly purchase of the car on 1st servicing dated 25th April’15 I came to know that the car is of 2014 model (unknowingly revealed by service person). During the entre sales process I was not aware that I had been sold 2014 model. On visiting the showroom on 27th april for giving complain application for same it was duly denied by the Showroom GM Sales Mr. Jitender Choudhary and he said that sales person Mr. Nikunj must have told the same and given discount accordingly. Although surprisingly on the date of servicing dated 25th april after further probing with sales person Mr. Nikunj ,I was told that the manufacturing of car is October’14. Please note that during the entire sales I was not told that I have been given 2014 model and that too later I came to know it was october14 make. Further Mr. Jitender blatantly denied to accept my application stating that he should not be held responsible as it was sold by his sale person Mr. Nikunj and he was not involved in the sales process. This is to further note that on the day of delivery of car, Mr. Jitender had asked me about which car model you have bought to which I had told that its Sail sedan 2015 model but same he is not paying any heeds to now and further even didn’t give any apology for same.This kind of dealing is utter fraudulent and case of cheating. I registered complain regarding same to General motors, complain Reference No. 41967945 but no step taken by principal company either as yet.

I accept the Aravali team to give a satisfactory solution – either replace it with 2015 car or compensate for 8 month old model which was fraudulently sold or as deemed suitable AND Apology from Aravali Auto to not ever indulge in such malpractice method of sales to any of its customer.
