I have placed Order No.16072023 8198373 with JABONG on 16.7.2016 for Amount Rs 504 which was expected to be delivered on 27.7.2016.Past due delivery date on 28.7.2016 , i can see status online as “Cancelled” & no intimation or reason is provided regarding the same till date. In spite of several calls to customer care & email no response is received regarding the refund. Please help.
