In June this year I raised a complaint about the poor service of Asianet(see below). Although they replaced us with another old set of box, I was having issues with regard to set of box. By now they changed three or four times the set of box by replacing with old ones.
Last week again, I was having problem with my connection. I made a complaint on 29th or 30th. I was told that there is a cable problem in my area
and would be rectified ASAP. However on the next day, I again raised the complaint. I got the same answer. However kindly note that my neighbours were having TV & BB connections of Asianet without any issue. I was getting ACV channels. If it was an issue of the cable, how I will get ACV channels.
Although, I made a complaint yesterday, so far no one is bothered to rectify the issue & they claim that the issue is with set of box. Till now it’s not rectified. Please do the needful
