Askme Bazaar – Product Defective refund delay

The Name Askme Bazaar was not given in the brand name list so I selected the brand name as miscellaneous(Misc). I had ordered a Samsung 2600mAH Power Bank(Order No. AB1665033) from Askme Bazaar.com website on March 18.The Product was defective. So I called them and asked for refund. They approved my request and arranged the pickup for that product and given me the deadline of 8 to 10 days that within this time period the pickup will be done and . But the pickup didn’t happened and I called again and registered the complaint and then after that pickup has been done in the first week of April. And now its the end of the month now but I haven’t received my refund in my account. And when I call them to know the status they just give me the deadline of 8 to 10 days again and again.

I don’t know about the compensation that you all better know that what it should be. But one thing I definitely want that take some strict actions against these type of companies who tries to fool the customers and don’t show the professional behavior. Please take strict actions against them.
