Malindo Airlines – Ticket Cancellation Delay

I had booked flight Delhi to Kuala Lampur (30th April) and return journey ticket (Kuala lampur to Delhi)(4th May) on Malindo Airlines. Due to certain reasons I wanted to cancel my tickets as my trip was cancelled. My flight to Kuala Lampur was at 10:05 pm (Indian Standard time) on 30th April. In order to cancel my ticket I emailed to info@malindoair.com on 25th April to enquire about the procedure to cancel my tickets in order to cancel them. Also on 26th April I called malindo airport office at +91852726xxxx and they informed me I can email to info@malindoair.com too after I had told the person that I had booked my ticket online on Malindo website. I got reply from info@malindoair.com asking me for the ticket numbers on 27th April 11:34AM. I replied to them on same day on 27th April 12:15 pm giving them my ticket numbers in the email as well as asking them to cancel my tickets. Since then, I did not receive any email from info@malindoair.com whether to inform me about their cancellation procedure nor did they cancel my ticket. I kept on waiting for their reply and due to delay on their part , when I finally called 01143515922 on 29th to enquire about my cancellation status I was informed only taxes will be refunded because I had called within 72 hours of the flight time. My ticket number were 8162102970xxx , 8168200717xxx.

I want my full refund as I had applied for cancellation 72 Hours prior to the flight time and the delibrate delay of malindo customer service staff and lack of help has cost me my money.
