1. On Dec 10, 2014, I saw a deal run by www.askmebazaar.com. The deal was to buy “Askme magic gift card” worth Rs. 897 for Rs. 299. I bought the deal online by paying via credit card. The order ID for the purchase was AB582346. 2. On Dec 11, 2014, www.askmebazaar.com delivered a coupon code to me via email that as per the instructions could be used thrice to avail a discount of Rs. 299 on www.askmebazaar.com. 3. On Dec 11, 2014, I purchased “Kids towel set of 24 pcs” from www.askmebazaar.com. The cost of the product was Rs. 350 as listed on the website. In order to make the purchase, I used the “Askme magic gift card coupon” for Rs. 299 and made the payment of Rs. 51 via credit card. The order ID for this order is AB608787. 4. When I checked my email I saw that there have been 3 order IDs that I have received. On Dec 15, 2014, I called up the customer care of www.askmebazaar.com and the executive said that due to some technical error on their website, the order has been placed thrice and also due to this error my “Askme magic gift card coupon” has been used thrice. He further confirmed that he will take the request for cancellation of 2 orders and also my “Askme magic gift card coupon” will be reactivated in 24 hours. Therefore, order IDs AB608597 & AB608701 that were placed due to technical error were cancelled with request reference numbers 000292151214 & 000294151214 respectively. However, the “Askme magic gift card coupon” that was used on these order IDs has not been returned/reactivated. 5. The “Askme magic gift card coupon” that was supposed to be worth Rs. 897 (three purchases of 299 each) has been effectively used only once for a purchase of order ID AB608787. The website doesn’t allow the use of the coupon the second & third time. 6. In the last 8 days, I have tried calling and emailing www.askmebazaar.com multiple times but they are not providing any resolution. Neither, they are ready to refund the money that I have paid.

1. Reactivating the “Askme magic gift card coupon” for usage twice OR refund of complete amount i.e. Rs. 299 paid for purchase of the coupon via www.askmebazaar.com 2. Rs. 1000 as a fine for mental agony, wasted time and interest loss
