Askmebazaar Refund Not Received

I have buy order AB563428 (09/12/2014) (Combo of Shoes, Aviator, Card Holder, Belt & Wallet) on Rs. 749 (actual cost 2500/-), I have received confirmation mail (info@askmebazaar .com) and SMS on 12/12/2014 in (“Your order AB563428 FROM Krishna international at askmebazaar is received”) shocked SMS received on 29/12/2014 (“Your order AB563428 FROM Krishna international at askmebazaar is cancelled. We will initiate the refund in 3-5 working days for prepaid order”) after received SMS I am call/mail to call center kindly explain the cancelled reason. After 10 day mail/ call kindly explain my refund status, but not received any mail & not proper reply received. And personally visit on 02/02/2015 (in sector-125 Noida in GYS building on 6th floor) meet Mr. Shashi tell her all details my order details and question to provide reason for cancelled? Mr. Shashi says to reply on mail, but I want go for order status & rejection reason, and not want for refund, but askme team force fully refund transfer without information. Not reply on my mail the order rejection reason & refund delay reason

I want the combo (Combo of Shoes, Aviator, Card Holder, Belt & Wallet) or 2500 coupon other wise with regulatory penalty for wrong data update on webside & lack of order delivery & refund not paid on TAT
