we regularly buy water bubble tops from our dealer Asna agencies,they supply nila packaged drinking water.the water was contaminated.mosquito eggs were present inside the water can.i called up the factory to complain regarding this.a person representing the company came and said it was not their fault.they refused to take a complaint too.he said the can seal should be intact for the consumer to complain.the company is certified by iso,isi and carry a corporation certificate as well.

we expect an apology letter from the company and a compensation for Rs 200000.with this a consumer complaint will be registered simultaneously also.
