I had a very bad experience with GATI . This company deals with transfer of cargo . I had sent 6 luggages fron motikhavdi (gujarat) to dhanbad (Jharkhand) . Thesed luggages contained 4 cartons , 1 bag and 1 trolley suitcase . When I had received the trolley suitcase it was totally damaged , torn from the backside . I had asked them for compensation but they provided me an email id . I had mailed all the details to the email id , but did not get any response . My docket no is 464976224
