I have purchased mother board of ASUS company.serial no. ACMOAD185868 dated 18/05/2011. And it is having a warranty of 3 years Now the mother board is not working. I contacted ASUS service centre. The person told me that it cannot be repaired. So I requested that person to replace the same, but he refused to give a new motherboard and gave me one old motherboard which was also not working. I contacted the ASUS support department, but they also refused to change the motherboard with a new one and saying that they can provide me only the second hand ( old ) motherboard. When my motherboard is in warranty period, It should be either repaired or replaced with a new one.

I want my motherboard to be replaced with a new one.
