Fiat Punto 90 – Faulty car Injection System Failure

4 Mar’14: Purchase Fiat Punto 90 HP Sprotz. Reported ‘Injection System Failure’ warning light on to Sales team at the time of delivery. No water in windshild washer also. Car taken to workshop directly after delivery. Took 1.5 hours to fix the issue. No details provided about what was the problem. Car KM reading at the time of delivery 39 KM. 6 Mar’14: Reported Right handside(RHS) pulling of the car to Sales team. Appointment for 8 Mar’14 fixed. Car KM reading: 200 KM. 8 Mar’14: RHS pulling was fixed by tightening the bolts of suspension and chasis along with tyre alignment. Cars Blue & Me was also not working fine. It was checked and fixed. 13 Mar’14: Enginer oil Pressure warning light came up. Reported to Sales team. No response. Contacted service station and booked appointment for 14 Mar’14. Car KM reading 485 KM. 14 Mar’14: Engine oil pressure switch replaced. Problem fixed. Reported recurring issues to Service head Mr. Atul. Requested him to check the PDI(pre-delivery Inspection sheet). He checked and found that PDI was done on 2 Jan14 and before delivery on 4 Mar’14(after 2 months) no checks are done as such. He assured that process will be changed. 15 Mar’14: On my way back late night from Mumbai to Pune with family ‘Injection System Failure) warning light again came up. KM ready 750. 16 Mar’14: Tried reaching the workshop and customer care manager on provided numbers but no response received. Workshop closed on account of holiday. Visited showroom and took number of Sales AGM of Sky Moto Mr. Sidharth Joshi and tried reaching him but no response. Called Fiat on Road Emergency Assist to report issue of warning light, they connected with Pandit auto executive and issue was explained about warning light. After brief discussion he asked to come to workshop on Monday 17 Mar’14. 16 Mar’14: Formal complaint about the car and dealer logged with Fiat 1/173542798. Requesting refund of money as no longer want to keep problematic car and hazarding life of myself and family. Planning to initiate legal proceedings against Fiat and dealer if no satisfactory resolution reached.
