I bought an ASUS laptop from Planet3c , Ameerpet, Hyderabad and twice got exchanged because of defective laptops. As per the info from ASUS Company, they have issued credit Note to the said Dealer, Planet 3C ( Mr.Srinivas Ph: +91 9963499xxx, +91 40-66566xxx / 6677xxx ), Ameerpet, Hyderabad, India. But the said Dealer is denying to pay my money back. It has been 8 months since the problem is unresolved and my money + interest got stuck with ASUS and its Dealer. As I have no intent to buy anything nor have any purpose now for a laptop, I am demanding my full amount in return. I request to use your good offices and do justice to the customer.

Return of money Rs.43,300/= with Interest from the Date of Credit Note received by the Dealer Planer 3C dealer of ASUS computers.
