I have order bacca bucci sandal for online shopping company naaptol on 5 May’14(order no.9110947)I received the product on 7 May but when open instead of my sandal it was a shoe and the slip was for sandal labelled so I called the customer care but got a rude reply from there and try to complain also but did not happen. so some how manage to take the complin number on 6152066 on 8 May’14 since then they have been making me call from courier company to theres but nothing moving..

I want to teach then to respect each and every customer so I want to sue them. I want compensation of 10 lakh from the company as they have physically and mentally disturb me nearly a month now. please help me fighting this case for that so many people who sufer then same everyday as I have been victim of.
