I have ordered bioshine hair oil from satvik shop on 23 April 2014,after 15 days called to customer care they told that its on non delivery area.and told that your order has also cancelled,you will got your refund.after so many time calling to customer care,they are not refunding the amount.

i have spend around Rs 75 for calling to customer care and waste my 5 day for followup.they are booked order and use the customer money for business and many times they never refund or refund it after 2 month.i have lots of order id for delay of refund or wrong order dispatched.

i want to refund my amount and with my expenses which i have spent for followup for refund.and compensation for mentally harassment.
