Samsung Mobile – hanging – heating probelm poor service

I submitted my mobile for heat problem and hanging problem and service centre guys said sir we need to replace motherboard and will take 5 days after 5 days when i got my product i got back to service centre with my phone to tell them that i still have heating and network problem and they said sir it will be due to background data use it for few days it will be fine and after some days same problems i was facing earlier persisted and got worse and i went to service centre and again they said we will replace motherboard and they gave me phone in evening and said motherboard is changed now imei was different though according to them they replaced motherboard 2 times and first time i had same imei as on bill and now second time different and they didnt intimated me about imei change and phone is still not working fine led lights are not working i doubt they replaced it with after market product

I want them to penalize for cheating and want to get genuine product as i believe that they have replaced my phones part without intimating and when i went to receive my product they took it outside service centre saying some parts are not in inventory we will get them replaced from other service centre
