Purchased ASUS Fonepad 7 (ME372CG-1A055A) dated 20 Dec 2013. Phone Started malfunctioning from 06 Sep 14. Taken to authorized service center on 08 Sep 14. Till date waiting for getting back my Fonepad7. Several mails posted but did not get any response. The invoice & Carry in Slip form service center is attached for reference.
I have purchased the fonepad for Rs. 17,000/- for my official use. I could not be able to access my official mails without that when I am out of office. It is hampering my job seriously. It is One month from now and I am struggling like anything.
I need money back because, if some company could not be able to repair or replace the product within a month, I have no faith on the brand or the product and I don’t want to use the product any more.
