Asus laptop – Red line has appeared screen poor service by centre

My 4th laptop screen provided by ASUS is faulty, Red line has appeared on it. When contacted Asus, they told me they will replace my unit with a buffer stock which is a refurbished product and gave the case to Mr. Deepak Cahvan. The buffer stock’s screen was also a faulty one. When contacted Mr. Deepak he promised me he will replace my laptop with a new box pack laptop. Now Mr. Deepak Chavan has taking decisions without my knowledge, he promised me that since the buffer stock (ASUS N55SL-S1050V) had scratch and black dot on screen he will arrange new box pack unit (ASUS N55SL-S1050V) in 10 days. Today is 11th day and he informs me that new box pack is not available so they are making a credit note and the amount is still unconfirmed. When made an inquiry I got to know that a local dealer is ready to provide me same laptop in 5 days. Which has been confirmed to me by Mr. Uday (Asus Sales Head, Nagpur) also. Now if Asus is providing me credit note, I want it as per the amount mentioned in the Invoice including VAT paid. No deduction is accepted from my side. Now Asus is not replying to my emails also.
