Sub : complaint no. inbd540017 for b.no. yc/ri/9 dt. 2-4-15 of brand new asus laptop model no. x200la-kx034d serial no. ebnocx438892464 sub : complaint no. inbd540017 for b.no. yc/ri/9 dt. 2-4-15 asus laptop model no. x200la-kx034d serial no. ebnocx438892464 dear sir, i was a happy satisfied & permanent customer of acer company from last 10 years. i was asked by my readymade company to install a new laptop at my showroom. i was suggested to try asus laptop. thus, i bought an asus laptop (model no. x200la-kx034d) from m/s mahi computers and peripherals pvt. ltd, patna vide invoice no. yc/ri/9 dt. 2-4-15 whose serial no. is ebnocx438892464. after installation of drivers & soft wares when the laptop was brought to me. i tried it at the shop itself. i immediately found that the touch was not running smooth (touch pad was slight tilted) i immediately informed the staff about this who tried to solve the problem & tried to convince me that as i was new to asus laptop & window 8, my hands would set with time. i returned to my hometown chapra after that. i did not use it for 2-3 days. but the problem of double click, smooth running of touch pad, window hanging, and keyboard keys not working fine, error messages when downloading was happening. thus i sent it with my car at extra cost to the shop at patna – m/s mahi computers and peripherals pvt. ltd, Patna whose engineer suggested me to format & re-install everything. i agreed. again after that i was struck with these problems. i cannot send your new product to Patna again & again. i complained to your customer care executive mr. mayank vasnani vide case id. no. a150452185 dt. 10-4-15; but the problem remains unsolved. i again complained to your customer executive for an onsite service vide a150482762 dt. 16-4-15; an onsite visit was done by your service engineer. he tried to re-install different drivers but could not solve the exact problems of touch pad & keypad, smooth running of laptop, hanging & error messages of laptop of a such a renowned brand asus who claims to be the no. 1 notebook in europe, china & southeast asia, who claims to have the lowest malfunction with only 15 % malfunction rate (lowest than any other brand) 3 years in row & stand as the most reliable manufacture. thus, your touch pad has manufacturing defect ( as it is tilted ) & does not run smooth, your keywords do not type correctly, your new laptop hangs & shows errors, your engineer has done some technical test on my brand new laptop whose result showed fail report on screen. i totally unsatisfied & frusted with your asus product & want an immediate complete replacement of my new laptop (not used even for 2-3 days) with good & hi- quality parts & performance or full refund of my money (including taxes). a case id no. a150492724 dt. 18-4-15 for a doa been registered with your custom
full refund of money including mental harassment charges from company, time loss changes, monetary loss charges, economical as well as pyscial loss charges, delay in work & performance charges.
