i Md. Julfikar Ali of Bimannagar, Kaikhali, Kolkata-52 (Customer ID: 1012030253) purchased Dr. AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO 1226905056003619 from a aquaguad distributor (Shibath Karmakar, Mob. No. 9232725xxx / 7890006xxx) on 28th May by a cheque of 16990. They delivered (a packed good with a delivery challan of 14990) on 30th May and promised a plumber will come to fit and run the product along with iron guard and a cover. Till now no service came to run the product hence product remain as packed as done by them. We called them many times but they are simply blaming other member of their company. Please take legal action and save customers.

Installation Service provider expected to perform the remaining work and make it functioning as soon as possible and they should stop the harassing the consumers. Legal action must be taken against their promise.
