I purchased a mobile from ASUS ( Zenfone 5)in the month of Dec 2014. In this mobile they have given one year warranty but within 6 month am getting issue in head phone as well as mobile also. I visited 4 times to their service center regarding this issue they changed the motherboard and headphone also. As we know motherboard is the heart of mobile within 6 month it got failed they changed the motherboard but still the problem is not solved. Due to this issue always I have to visit their service center which affect my work. During the maintenance they kept my mobile for 1 week and within 6 month they reset my mobile two times due that I lost my all data and contact. Now am fully disturb due their service and product. Now I don’t have that much patience to visit their service center every week. For that I want either replacement of this mobile or Refund my total amount.

Either Change the mobile or Refund the total Amount.
