Respected Sir, I have purchased one Cycle Atlas contender D/Shocker which back rim is not working properly. which is defected one. when I go to Cycle shop they tell me that rim will replace you have to pay for it. cycle is under Guarantee period of 2 months.

I want that company replace the back cycle rim & back Tyre free of cost, Because cycle is under guarantee period
