Hi Booked Airticket from Mumbai to Bangalore PNR no w7qchz for 25th Nov2014 Mumbai to Bangalore . Due to some emergency i have to cancell this ticket . I had paid Rs 2133 but Airline told me Refund will be Rs 537 . I feel it is cheating by Airline without using their services how they are deducting 80% as a Cancellation charges . Even railways charges nominal charge of Rs 50 why Airlines are charging so high why civil aviation ministry is not acting on them. Also even i asked for re scheduling they informed me i will loose 80% of charges . It is high time to punish these airlines as when it comes to book ticket in last minute they charge heavy so refund also has to be at current price ot at least money paid to them for booking

Refund of 100% of amount paid or they can deduct Rs 1500 from current booking rate for same ticket ie Rs 4500 and pay me refund
