ATM CARD not found in a three month

i request a atm card in sbi in daman branch two month ago but it not found me. i complain in custmer care of sbi he issued me a complain ticket no
no. is CC-1319001372236 at 19th oct but for a long time he not taken any action so i request u please help me.
