I was calling upon your customer care since 3days for the activation of blackberry service on my blackberry phone.
they gave me a number 9866007070 which is related to blackberry dept.. To talk with your customer care representative i called to the above number. I was contin ously trying for 2hrs. everytime i called tat number is busy. At last i got the line and gave every detail which they asked me. But still no response or activation of internet to my mobile. I was not at all satisfied with your customer care and your service and at last am thinking to change my network. But i hope tat you will rectify the problem and retain your customer.
