i am a prepaid customer of airtel no.9890171077 and i am using a blackberry mobile also.one back i got a call from airtel asking whether to activate blackberry mobile service on my number.i said not to activate anything since i am using a prepaid connection. next day i got a message saying that some blackberry service is activated and a sum of Rs. 399/- will be charged immediately i called airtel customercare and asked them about the message they replied just ignore the message its technical mistake,nothing is activated on ur number and no charges is been taken.when i checked it was correct they havnt deducted anything.but yesterday morning i got a message from airtel saying that blackberry mobile service is been activated and a sum of Rs.399/- will be taken. so i checked my balance and i was shocked to realise that a sum of Rs.399/- is been taken from my account without my knowledge, approval and permission. i contacted airtel customercare about morethan 20 times yesterday and today. whenever i address my complaint they transfered my call to their senior officer and disconnected…i dont know what they are doing.so i went to airtel relationship centre they were also unable to solve my problem and register my complaint bcoz of server issue (this is what they told me) so i am requesting airtel to register my complaint and give me a reference number and deactivate the blackberry service activated on my number without my approval and refund my money back.
