I try to withdraw a amount of 1000 on 17th of this month by atm but i don’t receive that amount from atm ,and the amount is deducted from my account and not credited till now .my account number is-20041396958. when i updated my pass book then the transaction number is not mention in the pass book ,there only this thing is written CSH-WDL.In next transaction the information which is mention in pass book is ATM-1301.I called also on complained number but my complain is not registered by them.check my problem and solve it immediately.i am a student so u can understand my problem.my account is from boring canal road branch patna.My address of patna is ADARSH COLONY,C/O-SMT.INDIRA SINHA ,HOUSE NO-16,S.K. NAGAR,PATNA.
