Atria Convergence Technologies Private Limited, fraud internet service

I share a rented apartment with my friend Mr. Chiraag Dutta Chowdhary. We registered with ACT Broadband for an internet connection and paid them the required installation fees. The account was created in my friends’ name on 25th June, 2013 and we were assured that the installation would be done by 1st July, 2013. However, this wasn’t done and we were forced to contact the nodal officer who assured us that the installation would be done on priority. It has been close to a month today and the installation has not been done. In addition, when I try to contact the contact person for installation (Mr. Karthik, 7829012586), he disconnects the call and does not call back.

We wish to receive a full reimbursement of the installation fees and want the company to cancel the connection at no extra charge to us. The internet service has not been used and hence we will not pay any bill that is raised against this account for the month of July.
