I bought a handset of HTC model no.HTC Chacha A910e on 28th June 2012 at 10200/-. It was malfunctioning so I gave my handset to HTC service center at Kota to repair it on 15th of June 2013, at this time my device was under warranty. It is now more than a month still I have not get my device back instead of several followups on different levels in HTC Company. I did written complaint to HTC via mail & via their email customer support through their website but always they said that they are not available with spare parts to repair my handset. This is continuing post so much followups & communication from my side, they are pathetic in their post sales services which is looking that they are looting and miscommunication about warranty. Still my device is with HTC please suggest me how I can sue them as I was doing some serious business with my device which got hamppered. Please help if you can.

I want to sue HTC & want written explanation & apology with the appropriate damage cover.
