i made my recharge on 4 dec 11, i saw on 7 dec that my account was deducted with rs 25/-. when i contact 198 the executive told me that ur payment was cutting since 1 dec 11. but i don’t have any bal on 1 dec 11 and they told me that their executive called me, and i responded the call.
