caller tune activated without my Permission
I am using air tel prepaid sim no 9975465866 from last 5 years. i never faced any problem regarding money deduction etc. but today i got a message that a hello tune has been activated on my no. and when i checked my balance it was null. around Rs 30-35 have been deducted from my account. this it not fare with a customer of more than 5 year. please Resolve this issue.
