Misleading , cheating fraud for the Policy No. 110813224485, Aegon Religare Money Back Plus Plan, Request for closure of Policy return of full money Rs. 50,000/

Respected Sir,
I was called on my mobile from telephone no.+911145718864 by Nandini Arora on 21/09/2011 regarding the above policy that, that day was Maha Login day for Aegon Religare Life insurance company (celebrating as special day for the company) and if I will invest & buy the above policy for Rs. 50,000, I have to pay for only 3 years and later on go for Paid-up option, in which I need not to pay any money after first 3 years, but my policy and insurance will be continued for 16 years if I am not withdrawing any money after sending the policy for paid-up option, and I will get extra benefit in term of Terminal Bonus of Rs. 12900/every year, which will be directly credited every year in my bank account for 16 years apart from 10%, 20% , and 30% money back of sum assured on periodic survival. So I will get good return with insurance. I raised the question that from where the company will pay such good returns & I was having doubt . But I was called on my mobile repeatedly from other numbers by different name about the same features and benefits. The other numbers and name who called are as +911145718883-Kanica, +911143306274-Radhika. I told that I don’t have such amount at present in my account, then I was told that Paper works and verifications will be done , and policy will be generated but will be effective once money will be paid. I told OK. I was told that one person will come at my residence for paper works on the same day because those extra benefits will not be given if Policy not taken on the same day. Mr. Ashish Sharma mobile no. +919769863902 came to my residence for paper works formality on same day 21/08/2011. I asked from Mr. Sharma about those benefits but he told me that he is not knowing because he is in marketing side. I managed any how such money to pay for the policy. I got call from No.+911164737213 called by Mr. Hitesh for verification. I just asked all those benefits of the policy which I was told before. I was not satisfied with his reply and I told that I will not take the policy if those benefits are not there and I told the name of person who called me for all those benefits enumerated , then he told that OK, he will hold the policy and I will get the call for clarification. I was again called from +911143306274 Radhika telling she was from administration , and she assured me that all those benefits enumerated are existing, person from verification doesn’t know about the policy and I will get printed all those benefits enumerated on the bond paper. I was told that I will get initially a welcome kit/paper from the company being a member of policy holder and later on after 20 days of receiving welcome kit, I will get bond paper on which all those benefits will be printed . I was told that I will get again call from verification department, I have to answer the verification person for questions he will ask only and do not ask from him about the benefits which was told to me because those people are not knowing about the policy and its benefits.
Next day I was again called for verification and I answered all questions for verification I was asked.
I received an envelope in 2nd week of Sept 2011, on which it was written Welcome to our world, Aegon religare life insurance. I did not open the envelope because I was told that it will be welcome kit and I will receive Bond paper after 20 days of receiving it. I got again call from above number from Nandini Arora in 2nd or 3rd week of Sept. 2011 in which she asked me whether I got the welcome kit. I replied yes I got an envelope written welcome on it. She told me that I should inform her about the same ,no issue, now I have to inform her later once I will get the bond paper after 20 days of receiving the welcome kit. I was expecting to get the bond paper but after quite enough time when I did not receive any paper, I tried to contact on all those numbers from which I was called ,but I was not able to contact because all those telephone numbers were not existing. I opened the envelope I received as welcome kit and went through it, I contacted my neghbours who told me that it is the bond paper. I immediately called on Toll free no.18002099090. lodging complaints of misleading, cheating and fraudulent , and requested to close the Policy and return the full amount Rs. 50,000/ (Rupees fifty thousand) in my account On 21st Oct. 11 and 28th Oct. 11 spoke to Karishma. I was called on my mobile from +912261130400 on 25/10/2011, 07/11/2011 I was assured for the investigation in the matters. I got call on 1st Nov. 11 at 12.03 pm &12.39 pm from +1164789042 on my mobile that I will get a paper for termination of policy by post or I can download it from mail which I have to send duly signed to company for termination of policy, and I will get the full money back closing the policy. But neither by post nor by mail I got any paper . I was awaiting for the same. I got again call from +912261130400 on 07/07/2011 to whom I told that I don’t want to continue the policy and I want full money back. Again I was told that I will get the paper by post which I have to send duly signed to get full money back. Till date I did not receive any paper for discontinuation of policy and I have not signed any paper for continuation as I want to close the policy and want to get the full money back.
On 11/11/11, and 14/11/2011 at 12.05 pm I got calls from +911132312459 and +9132312385 from Namrata who told me that she will scan the paper of continuation and will put my sign by scanning which is necessary to cancel the policy because policy has to come in existence before canceling it. I told her that I don’t want to continue the policy and want full money back.
I again got call from +912261130400 on 14/11/2011 at 10.30 am and on 15/11/2011 at 12.50 pm from Sweta to whom I asked to note the tel. no. for misleading again by so called Namrata 0n 11/11/11 and on 14/11/11 from +911132312385 & 32312459 who was going to fraud me about the scanning of my sign on continuation paper of my policy.
On 16/11/2011 at 4.16 pm, I was asked by Sumit from +919999313114 whether I want to continue or close the policy and I replied him that I want to close the policy and want to get full money back Rs. 50000/
On 18/11/2011, I called on +912261130400 at 5.37 pm and I spoke to Reshma about 39 minutes, she informed me that my request was declined as I have sent a letter for continuation of policy. I informed again that I have not sent any letter for continuation of policy .
You are requested to investigate the matters in details why innocent/ simple people are being made fool and take stern action against those persons /agent who misleaded, cheated and doing still fraud in form submitting false paper of continuation of policy which I have not sent or submitted and cancel their registration.

I want to close the policy and request to return full money of Rs. 50000/ as earliest.
