It’s an international call.
I didn’t recieve the call. After searching the web I found out several blogs which had similar complaints , regarding scam calls from +92xxxx. Complaintbox.in also had a few mentions.Anyone calling back would have to pay international call rates of Rs+10/min.

sir i got admission in purnima college sitapura jaipur in 2011 session in sept. Month. I study here 5-6 day and i feel college is not pretty good so i submit my appliction to principal about leaving college and refunding fees. Then they told me that you come on 15 nov.
