Hi, yesterday I started getting messages that I have downloaded some services(NightFight, HollywoodBeautyCenter etc) and for each service the charged 50 rupees. so in all Rs. 200 got deducted from my account balance. When I called customer care for the same they did not listen to my complaint and ended the call.

I was successfully transferred on portability from RIM to AIRTEL being No.9337841611. I used the same more than 1 & half month and now the same has become defunct. when one is calling the number receiving reply that “this number does not exist” . i have complained several times to the dealer who has done portability, but to no effect. My mobile number 8085270960 was recharged for a pack to which i never subscribed.When i called them to find out how it happened they informed me that the pack is active from the last 2 months and they have deductin 1.5 every day for same.I did even recieve any messages under the pack in these two months as a serviice.
So firstly they subscribed a pack to my number without my permission.
