Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice we have bought a mobile of Samsung brand in Univercell (old Washermanpet branch). suddenly while mobile is in charge it got off. when we try to on the mobile it is not working. while we approach the service centre they told that there was a Liquid Block.
