Unable to call or get connected to customer care

I am facing a problem of not able to call up to the helpline number from almost 6 months,looks to be very simple query but now its too serious issue.Initially in the month of feb i logged a complaint and later i just neglected after 3 working days.Later in april month i got Rs. 98 GPRS pack to use internet services.For that also i faced a lot of problem as I didn’t get settings so wanted to call up to helpline number,when i tried from my number it says plz call up on 635 bet 8am to 11pm, when i tried its says i am not authorized.So for non stop 3 days i called helpline number to get my GPRS setting from different numbers and the settings what they provide was of no use as it was not working for me.Then finally decided to take own initiative to browse from google and got my settings.I was calling so many times to helpline bec the settings was of airtel live not of mobile office which leads to deduction in my main balance.Today I received MMS from my friend wanted to active the service its not working.
