This is in regards of my refund pending with Bandra West office of MTNL for last 3 years. I went there personally and was told the same would be sent to me shortly. I have called many times

You have no right to deduct any money from my AirTel prepaid a/c without my prior permissson.
you must refund Rs.10 that has been deducted for Airtel Radio service, bcoz I did not want it.
You must stop any further deduction of any amount from my a/c for any service that I did not ask for.
