I have availing the post paid service of Idea(Super T-549 plan). I have also availed for SMS pack for Rs. 30 per month, but everytime I am being charged Rs 60 per month.
I had called up the customer care desk once and they said that they have deducted Rs 30 for current month and Rs 30 for next month. But this should have been done only for the first time and not everytime.

Refusal to Refund INR 75000 Booking amt-Despite request for the last 03 yrs
The Undersigned had booked a 500 Sq Yards plot at lake city with the Shyam Apparels jaipur (lake City).The undersigned had been requesting refund to the Co for the last 03 years but there is no responce from them.
I have recharged my mobile (9730600838) with RC67 sms pack. It has validity of 30 days & 500 sms free (local & std). But when send sms even to a local number Re.1 is deducting from my main account. My sms limit for one day doesn’t exceed by 100 sms.
Kindly take the action ASAP.
