A pair of men shoe (Item- Men Shoe /9 0006PA00247529)was purchased on 26.02.2010 from The World (Departmental Store) Bhubaneswar vide inv. batch no 0016MB260242 for Rs.810/-.On 28.02.10 reported that left shoe has complete damages & patches of sole has vanished. The Mall’s sales representative refuse the complain & bluntly replied that it is customer fault or any misuse.
Sir I am ready for any scientific laboratory test regarding misuse of shoe other than normal use.I have ten time visited the mall out of busy shedule& finally they received the shoe but not yet returned & told me that it can’t be not altered.
