i have opted for ULIP insurance policy in Birla sunlife insurance company.. the intila amount i paid is Rs. 14976 second and third year i could pay the premium . but now are saying that after the policy date the will go for default surrender so that they intial amount will be deducted for the second and third year services. so that will recieve only 1000 rupees.. Car got damaged after Servicing
On March 10th 2010 i gave my aunts Fiat Grande Punto Car(KL8 AR 802) for promo service in Carnation, Cochin. After the service i found that its glove box lock is broken. I spoke to the officials there and they told me they will fix the lock free of cost. I Asked them to mention about this damage in the Remarks column in the bill and they did it. Continue reading

I am receiving unwanted SMS from the telemarketers for the past 1 year. I am registered with NDNC registry and also I had registered the complaint numerous times with Airtel for stopping the same. But till date the I am still receiving the SMS which is very irritating and frustrating.

i have had so many issues & complaints with AIRTEL in the last 2 months which wasnt there from last 7.5 years as a platinum customer with an average billing of RS. 5,000 a month and last 6 months i have paid over Rs. 2 lakhs to them cause of international usage.
