Purchased a Nokia 5800 from The Mobile Store, ECR Road ,Thiruvanmiyur ,Chennai. The new mobile having color patch in the screen this has been identified and informed the store by next day .They are not ready to replace me with the same color mobile since the color (Black ) I chose is having high demand and they need to pull the undemanding color that in stock with there for long time. stopping service for postpaid mobile

I had a post paid connection 9652666611 from Airtel. In Jan 2010, I went to the Airtel office to terminate the connection. The lady at the counter asked me to pay the balance bill amount. I paid the bill (receipt held with me). Than I told her to terminate the service. I also gave her a letter signed by me to terminate the account.
