non-refund of cancelled air ticket

I booked an air ticket in the name of Mr. Praveen Sharma on 23rd Oct 2009, using the services of www.makemytrip.com, transaction ID- ID FLTINT10004797088, using credit card issued in my name i.e, Rahul Srivastava, credit card no. 554623**********, exp. dt 11/11and type : master card.

I requested for the cancellation of this ticket on 21st November 2009 and cancellation was confirmed to me.

B.S.N.L network service in up(e) Mirzapur Bina

I O.P. Malviya am a B.S.N.L user since more than 5 years. I am very disappointing to say that B.S.N.L services in U.P East region i.e. service in Mirzapur Bina is really improper. Due to which I and many others users are facing a lot of inconvenience. We are forced to use other mobile services. Sir I request to kindly take any corrective action as soon as possible.

cell phone found defected, neither got repalcement nor the refund despite reapteated e-mail / phone call reminders since 7th Oct 2009

Purchased cell phone @ Rs 4999/- (EPhone Ultra Slim Touch Screen Mobile) on receipt it was found defected, returned it back as per Naptol.com advise, after that neither I got replacement nor the refund despite my repeated e-mail / phone call reminders since 7th Oct 2009. Continue reading →
