Dear Sir, I have travelled with bus no AS01T8996(ANURAG) (runs under Royal tours & travels, Guwahati) from Numaligarh tiniali to Ghy on 06/03/2010 around 1pm. Complaint is that when bus has stopped in Numaligarh i ask for a seat and than the conductor told me that he will give me a seat but when the bus moving he offer the cabin seat, in Bokakhat i supposed to get down & take another bus, just I get down,the conductor blamed me & used rough languages & force me to journey with his bus. I can’t tolerate the language used by the conductor & i am a shy type of person so i can’t do anything & I forcefully travelled with same bus. The other passengers are only looking to me but nobody came to help me. It is very shameful for me that a simple conductor unusually tortured me. Please do the needful otherwise the same may occur anytime with anybody.
