Planned to get a Samsung LCD in Diwali to avail all the offers. Went to Khosla elcetronics, Garia. An Agent from Khosla suggest us to get the B450 samsung LCD. Consumer court for a flat booked in Faridabad

I booked a flat with BPTP Faridabad by paying initial deposit of Rs 475000/- in Feb 08. The builder has failed to deliver on promise. All communication/meetings with the management have failed. I wish to approach the consumer court for redressal.

Which city consumer court will accept by request? should I approach Gurgaon (as I live there)or Faridabad?

ONLINE PAYMENT MADE TO AIRTEL but COMPANY is neither SUPPLYING DTH CONNECTION nor

I applied for Online connection of AIRTEL DTH and paid online after getting confirmation from one of the
customer executive that there is 15% discount on doing online booking.
I used Debit card of ICICI bank. From my bank account amount of INR 1990.00 has been deducted.

EXPENDITURE DUE TO CANCLLATION OF FLIGHT

I had booked 4 tickets for self and the family from Mumbai to Udaipur by IC 472 departing on 27th September 09 and from Udaipur to Mumbai by IC – 471 returning on 30th September 09 ( PNR ; RL78AM ). These tickets were booked on FF points taking advantage of 25% less redemption points for journey before 30th Sep 09.
