Non delivery of product
I am writing this complaint aginst one of dealer Anand Mela (Owner : Mr Hemanta Ghosh) which is located at G9, Gariahat road Kolkata:-29. I did a booking of LG MC 8080 microwave on 15th Oct09 and they promise me that the product will be delivered on friday 16th Oct09. Handicap Reservation Quota Or General Compartment
I booked a ticket in Handicap reservation Quota for 16-10-2009 in Vidarbha Express. Birth No. was 1 & 2 in SL1 compartment. This compartment was attached to General Compartment. When I try to enter inside, it was already occupied by General Class people. As it was crowded, I am unable to go inside and missed the train.
