I DEPOSITED FULL VALUE OF THE CAR TO M/S BENGAL HYUNDAI LIMITED THE DEALER OF HYUNDAI MOTORS IN KOLKATA ON 11.10.2009 AT THEIR HOWRAH SALES OFFICE. IT WAS SAID THAT CAR WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME BY 48 HOURS. TILL THE WRITING THE COMPLAINT , IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. NO ASSURANCE THAT WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED. I SEEK YOUR HELP IN THIS RESPECT. disconnection of internate
there is a postoffice named Rampur SO at Rampur. In the month of March- April 2009 it received its broad band bill of Rs. 42000. The said PO made correspondence to BSNL to rectify this. however no responce received till Oct 2009.
BSNL, Jaunpur dissconnecting the Broadband connection of this PO occasionally. Several complaints have been made but this is happening again and again.

wrong delivery report showing on internet by the post office of beleghata , kolkata
i had sent a speed post on 7 oct 2009 to nagpur but it has not been received by the person sent.the post office in nagpur has not received the speed post yet as said by them when asked.but here in kolkta the status showed by the p.o officers does not tally with them. here it has been deliverd but has not reached there.

Irresponsible rude behaviour from Honesty Net
I am using Honesty internet service from past 4 years & found their service got interrupted at least 5 times in a month. But from last 2 months their service was so bad it used to get disconnect frequently. I Have BSNL gujarat sim card. Now Iam trvelling to Rajasthan .My phone is not call & recieve call, I contact gujarat customor care they said restart the phone & Manually choose bsnl network. I done but problem is as such. I contact bsnl rajastha customor care They say your no. is blocked from gujarat so contact to gujarat. i am helpless. because i can not get important call. MY AIRTEL PREPAID MOBILE NUMBER IS 9840829415
I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE STATING THAT ” FREINDZ CHAT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.30/- FROM MY ACCOUNT” ON 21.10.2009
THIS DEBIT WAS MADE WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND AUTHORISATION.
THE SAME WAS DONE LAST MONTH , WHICH I IGNORED BEING A SMALL AMOUNT.
BUT THIS PRACTICE OF AIRTEL IS CONTINUING.
Without sending SMS outgoing calls deduct Rs1.00 per day from my account.

We are not able to get the line of customer cares executives. After following the so many procedures the we didn’t get the line of customer care executives. This is very much time consuming & hamper our valuable time.
