I am reliance mobile customer. They have activated caller tune in my mobile without my confirmation. I don’t know how much amount they have taken for that activation.
Now when I am calling their customer care number each executive is telling me to call after 2 hours and we will unsubscribe your activation.
I recieve unwanted telemarketing calls and SMSs in BSNL network .
The products can be abything starting from ringtones.
Please help me stop this nusance. I have already registered under DND 1 year back.
