Irresponsible rude behaviour from Honesty Net

I am using Honesty internet service from past 4 years & found their service got interrupted at least 5 times in a month. But from last 2 months their service was so bad it used to get disconnect frequently. Sometimes if I am downloading some content from net then my connection used to cut off from server after 400 – 45 minutes. & whenever I dialed their service center for complaint no body used to pick up the phone. I used to dial the no. for an hour but in vein.

So i got irritated & ask the honesty to extend my validity period of connection by 10 days as I have lost it in a single month where as I paid the full amount of Rs. 600/- in advance for unlimited access. After I lot of debate the Marketing lady aggried to review the lost of days & confirm the same to me. On 20th I went to their office to know what Honesty has taken action against my complaint, the marketing lady started arguing we cann’t extend the period as ur complaint has been resolved with in 24 hrs. She gave so silly reason that problems had occurred because somebody removed the connection from their connection box. Would anybody except such a idiot reasons? Switch. routers, connection boxes are the property of Honesty Internet & to secure them is entirely responsibility of the company & not the customer. Due to the such negligence if customer is loosing the day/hrs of connection then it should be compensated by Honesty.

While our arguments were going on 1 person form honesty interrupted us & asked me to give up Honesty net connection. Not only me but there are lot of persons in Mumbai (from Ghatkopar to Thane) are frustrated by Honesty’s Utter 3rd class service. S

So I urging all the readers not to go for Honesty net. I am thinking to create Honesty user forum. So ur support, feedback, suggestions are welcome.
