Sir,
I do hereby inform you that the illegal deduction of chages and happaning from my aforsaid mobile no (9434513252). From yesterday it happaned three times. I have made complaint in the BSNL Customercare repetately but i can’t find no result.
Please , cheek the matter and do needful action.
On 15/08/2009,I bought a red coloured dress material from PUJA Shop No. G-116,Dakshinapan Market Complex,2,Gariahat Road South,Kolkata-700068 for about something more than Rs.1200/-.I have the cash memo with myself.After wearing the new dress forjust for about a couple of hours, the whole dress was spoilt with the red colour leaching out to the other parts of the dress. We are staying in an Apartment 364/365, Amma & Srirama Residency, Opp Reliance Fresh, Amruthahalli Main Road, Byatarayana Pura, Bangalore-92 .

I had taken a home loan cover policy from ICICI Lombard insurance bearing no.:4043/0000002/ICICI/HL/0036244 with cover start date on 30.01.2006 and cover end date on 29.01.2011. A onetime premium was paid for Rs 79880.
