I have prepaid my home loan taken from ICICI Bank, Mumbai (Home Loan a/c no. LBMUM00001209725) on 12th August 2009.

I had taken a home loan cover policy from ICICI Lombard insurance bearing no.:4043/0000002/ICICI/HL/0036244 with cover start date on 30.01.2006 and cover end date on 29.01.2011. A onetime premium was paid for Rs 79880.

The home loan has been paid in full , I had requested to ICICI Lombard Insurance to refund the balance premium amount of the insurance on prorata basis however no response has been received from them so far.

I have also written a letter to your office in this regard by registered post on 25.09.2009.

This is to request you to kindly look into the matter.
