My No.9934686782. As per your sms, one top of voucher of Rs 50 was recharged for reducing my STD call rate to Rs 0.5 for A2A and Rs 0.6 to other mobiles. However,even after recharging with the top up ( no talktime) my std call rate is Rs 1.5. Why ??????.

Insurance claim has not been paid since last year. We have sent all the papers and still there is no progress in my file. You all never give a response in a phone call, and the call center always claims that my case is in progress. Please let me understand why it takes a long time to receive money from Medi-claim. I am not at all satisfied with the connectivity of Braodband and also dial tone.
No numbers to lodge complaints. Phone Numbers given on Bill are either disconnected or no one attends the same. Senior Officers E-Mail are not replied.
Please ensure smooth function of my Phone’s dial tone & Bradband.
